We are back with episode #29 and this time we are chatting with fellow RCF & Rocked Nutrition coach, Kelsey Jordan!
Kelsey has been a Rocked member for over 5 years and has been a coach at Rocked Community Fitness for about 1 year. She is also a Rocked Nutrition coach where she works 1-on-1 with clients to build customized nutrition plans that are incredibly effective and sustainable.
Kelsey's clients have seen some incredible results in a short time just from making some small positive changes and focusing on eating mindfully. Ie. Paying closer to attention to how they are feeling and how they are eating.
We are excited to dive into the topic of "Mindful Eating" and hope you enjoy this episode!
